Automated attendance review, in production since October 2026: rules that fix clock-in records every minute (Edge Function + pg_cron) and a local LLM that classifies cases every 15 minutes with validated JSON output. Its embedding-based case memory matched 14 of 14 correctly on the first run.
- Platform
Designed the architecture and took it to production: 60+ React and TypeScript applications, 14 modules by business area and about 20 Python and Node.js services, used by about 100 accounts across two plants.
- Data
Production database with 11 schemas, 580 tables, 900+ functions and about 700 versioned migrations, with row-level isolation. Cut a critical query from 8.3 s to 0.25 s and removed 160,000+ sequential scans.
- Production and traceability
Digitized the controlled forms for intake, conditioning, tray loading, freezing tunnels, packing and the finished-goods cold room as PWAs that work without signal. QR pallet tickets and hash-chained events to follow every lot.
- Attendance and timekeeping
Attendance and timekeeping for 370+ workers: clock-in by QR, GPS and biometric clocks, a timekeeping tablet for supervisors and a validated weekly submission to the corporate ERP, reconciled person by person with payroll.
- AI copilot
Implemented a management copilot on the Claude API: 29 tools that query the database, streaming responses, prompt caching, per-user memory and semantic search with pgvector.
- Vision and documents
IP-camera detection of lunch delivery with a local multimodal model that learns from user feedback and falls back to the cloud when it fails. Pilot for reading PDF shipping guides with text extraction, rules and vision.
- Voice and biometrics
WhatsApp chatbot in Flask that queries stock, temperatures and production and transcribes voice notes with Whisper. FastAPI attendance API with WebAuthn and 1:N face verification over 512-dimension embeddings, without the image ever reaching the server.
- Integration
Services that sync the SQL Server ERP in real time: staff roster every 5 minutes and valued inventory every 30, reconciled to the cent with the ERP.
- CI/CD and security
Nine GitHub Actions workflows for deployments, backups and data refreshes; 3,000+ commits; testing with pytest, Vitest and Playwright and an 11-phase security hardening aligned with OWASP Top 10.
- Quality
Apps for line control by fruit, line release with real luminometer readings, weight control, microbiology, foreign matter and complaints, with live dashboards for department heads.
- HR and cafeteria
Multi-site cafeteria with three-meal orders, payroll deduction and a photo-and-voice scanner; modules for QR ID badges, recruitment, seasonal staff and live turnover.
- Sales and management
Export sales dashboard with a Python ETL (21 views and forecast by fruit), a 3D digital twin of the plant in Babylon.js and automatically generated weekly management reports.
- Operations and performance
After a server outage, diagnosed and fixed the root causes (volatile RLS policies, excessive real-time replication, aggressive polling). Replaced the previous Android app and retired spreadsheets as a data source.
- Access control
Per-user and per-function access within each app, user provisioning from the portal, session timeout on inactivity and migrations rehearsed in a transaction before production.
- Plant IT
Enterprise WiFi, CCTV with backup and remote recording, biometric devices with an automatic watchdog, IT procedures for BASC certification and phishing training.
